That’s the all-star lineup behind the coming-soon pop-up restaurant, Glimpse, taking over Logan Square Kitchen (2333 N. Milwaukee – next to Revolution Brewery) for…ready for this?...four days in April.
Glimpse will be open from Wednesday, April 6th, to Saturday, April 9th, from 6-10 p.m. Seats are limited, and the only way to get a reservation? Follow @Glimpse_Chi – they promise to follow you back, and then you direct message them and (fingers crossed!) score a reso.
What’s on the menu? Glimpse is offering a seasonal cuisine, five course minimum, tasting menu – each table gets to create their own!
