
Some of Chicago's best chefs are coming together in support of fellow culinary mastermind Takashi Yagihashi and his homeland of Japan. On April 18, chefs from Purple Pig, Blackbird, Spiaggia, Urban Belly, and Hot Chocolate (to name a few) will head to the Takashi kitchen (1952 North Damen Ave.) to create a six-course meal to benefit Japanese relief efforts. Dinner and wine pairings will range from $200 - $250 with all proceeds going to the Red Cross.
