Rumor has it, NYC’s Energy Kitchen is headed our way.
Since opening his first eatery in Chelsea in 2003, owner Anthony Leone has big plans. Big plans that include Chicago, and the opening of a rumored 30 restaurants within our humbled city limits. Serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner, you won’t find anything on the menu over 500 calories, eliminating the need for your mid-afternoon pancake nap.
What's on the menu? Eater is reporting veggie egg wrap (315 calories), turkey egg wrap (399 calories), bison burger (399 calories), turkey burger (339 calories), seared tuna salad (276 calories), chicken marinara (370 calories), Tex Mex bison wrap (481 calories) and more.
Locations and timing are still TBD.
