Beneath Pops for Champagne lives a little cocktail haven by the name of Watershed. Priding itself on local craft beers and artisanal spirits, Watershed boasts a pretty impressive cocktail list. A few of the must-tries:

The Moscow Mule (Crop Cucumber Vodka, Koval Ginger, Lime, Ginger Beer) - an old-time favorite, made to perfection
