Pumpkin Martini

Pumpkin Caipirinha
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/2 lime and ½ oz. agave nectar; muddle.
Add crushed ice, 1 ½ oz. cachaca (or white rum) 1 ½ oz. pumpkin puree and 1 ½ oz. ginger liqueur (or 1 tsp. freshly peeled/grated ginger)

Bloody Punch
2 cups brandy
1/2 cup black currant cordial or schnapps
1/8 cup superfine sugar
4 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups ice cold seltzer
Mix in a punch bowl at room temperature so sugar dissolves. Then refrigerate and serve.

Feeling extra festive? Throw in a block of dry ice to create a fog-effect from your cocktail punch bowl.
